Inman News Starts it's Own Zillow Guessing Game
Last week, I was seeking guesses regarding what Zillow will be doing? It appears that now that Inman Blog is also looking for feedback... so keep on eye on both to see who will be the closest at guessing the business model.

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but Zillow has zshot itself in the zfoot already. They have been estimating home values at $65K - $75K below actual value in our market. Big front page story in my area of Florida.
Another vein of business for me. Have already had 2 listing appointments with people who underestimated their homes.
